On March 10, Chris, Mingo, and Dawn entertained us with a "Little bit Country, and a Little bit Rock & Roll" show/dance, and Karen & friends fed us with her fabulous Taco Bar! They raised $1179 and Karen's employer matched those funds for a total of $2358.....all to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Another successful event at our club organized by Chris and Karen!
Watch for another important event that Chris & Karen are organizing to benefit the family of James "Rusty" Brown from the Texas Twisters. It will be on April 28, 1 to 5 pm, at the Spokane Valley Eagles, and will be a Potluck followed by a Jam Session with some of our favorite performers! Don't miss this event, and the chance to help Russ's family!
Baby Gracie and her parents. Madam President was privileged with holding the first baby of the New Year, born at Valley Hospital, when she and other members of the Auxiliary delivered a huge gift basket and diaper cake to her. Such a a tiny sweet baby. We wish them the best.
Reminder: Please lock your car in our parking lot, and don't leave your belongings in sight! We like to think that we are safe from break-ins and thefts in our own yard, but as we watch the news, we realize that no place is safe. Know where your belongings are, as it's your responsibility to keep them safe! With that said.....feel free to ask someone to walk outside with you, if you are uncomfortable. If you see anything unusual, please report it to a bartender, or call 911 if appropriate! SCOPE is patrolling our parking lot some evenings, so you will see them at times as you come and go!
Host your next party at the Spokane Valley Eagles!
We are booking for the public as well as members. Our members enjoy reduced fees when booking our rooms for events. To reserve our room, please call the office weekday mornings.
